Even without the report it seems that the market for SEM/SEO folks is good. I just went through a round of interviews and every agency I met with said they couldn't find enough people to hire. What's your take on this shortage? I feel that part of it has to do with salaries that aren't being raised to correct the supply-demand imbalance.
